1. Returns for Faulty Products
If you receive a faulty product, we will be happy to replace it. We offer a 7-day return period for faulty items from the date of delivery. To initiate a return or replacement for a faulty product, please follow these steps:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
Provide proof of the issue (photos or videos) showing the fault.
Our customer support team will guide you through the return process.
Once your faulty product is returned and inspected, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
2. Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return or replacement, the product must meet the following criteria:
It must be reported as faulty within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused and in its original packaging, with all labels and accessories intact (if applicable).
3. Non-Faulty Returns
We do not offer returns or refunds for non-faulty items unless required by local law. If you are unsure about a product, please reach out to us before making a purchase, and we will be happy to provide additional details.
4. How to Return Your Item

Provide your order number and a description of the fault.
After we approve your return, we will send you detailed instructions on how to send the product back to us.
5. Shipping Costs
For faulty products, we will cover the shipping costs for the return and replacement. However, for non-faulty returns, customers may be responsible for the return shipping costs.
6. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a replacement will be issued, or a refund will be processed if applicable. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
